MSM is one of the least toxic substances and, unlike other sulfur compounds, which are often included in pharmaceuticals and preservatives (sulfates, sulfides and other sulfa forms of sulfur compounds), MSM not only does not cause allergic reactions, but, on the contrary, has an anti-allergic effect. Moreover, a positive effect is noted for allergies associated with both household and food and drug allergens. MSM actively acts against a number of parasites, such as Giardia, Trichomonas and roundworms, blocking the contact of pathogens with the mucous membrane.

Sulfur can be found in vegetables (eg onions, cabbage, broccoli), eggs or fruits (eg avocado, black currants). Unfortunately, it “breaks down” very easily during cooking, pasteurization and freezing. Therefore, it is worth considering a dietary supplement, which, in combination with an appropriate balanced diet, will help the body receive sulfur, which is so important for us.
